This Privacy and Cookie Policy describes the rules for storing and accessing data on Users ‘devices using cookies and other technologies for the provision of services provided electronically by the Administrator and the rules for collecting and processing Users’ personal data that have been provided by them personally and voluntarily. via the tools available on the website https://becalm.pl.

1. Definitions


Administrator – the Be Calm Foundation with headquarters at ul. Belgradzka 3/65 in Warsaw, entered into the Central Information Office of the National Court Register, using the NIP number 9512541376, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.

Website – website available at https://becalm.pl and subdomains.

User – any entity that uses the Website.

Cookies – IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website.


2. Personal Data


The User may provide his personal data to the Administrator using the forms available on the Website, such as the contact form, the newsletter subscription form.

The administrator of the User’s personal data is the Administrator.

The data provided to the Administrator as part of the contact form are processed for the purpose of return contact with the User.

The data provided to the Administrator as part of the newsletter subscription form are processed in order to send the newsletter to the User.

The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to her.

Providing data is always voluntary, but necessary for the User to take the action for which the form is intended.

Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.


The User has the following rights:

  • the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User previously gave such consent;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in relation to the processing of personal data by the Administrator.

The Administrator informs the User that he entrusts the processing of personal data to MailerLite, Paupio 46, Vilnius, Lithuania – in order to use the MailerLite mailing system used to send the newsletter.


3. Cookies


The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information, stored on the User’s end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone), which allow an analysis of the behavior of the Website Users and adapting its content to a specific recipient. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

The Administrator informs that by using the Website you consent to the use of Cookies for the purposes described in this document. Remember that you can change the Cookie settings at any time using your browser settings.

The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

4. Other Technologies


The Administrator informs the User that he uses the following technologies to track the actions taken by the User within the Website:

  1. Facebook conversion pixel – to manage Facebook ads and conduct remarketing activities,
  2. Google Analitycs tracking code – to analyze Website statistics.
