Be Calm’s activities include various initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle and mental balance. The offer includes Individual Counseling, Trainings & Workshops for Business and Organizations & Free Resources. Consultations and group meetings are conducted in Polish and English languages. All activities of the Be Calm comply with the Code of Ethics of the Polish Psychological Association.
Individual Counseling
Foundation conducts online psychological consultations in areas:
- coping with stress and building mental resilience
- low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence
- mood swings and state of low mood
- anxiety and internal tension
- mental crises
- burnout and low motivation
- stage fright before public presentation or artistic performance
- workoholism
- challenges related to emigration
