About Be Calm

Welcome to the Be Calm world! Our mission is to promote Health & Wellbeing in work environment and  support others in building personal resilience by promoting reliable psychological knowledge.

 

 

You can find here interesting materials that I hope will inspire you to change and support on your personal journey of building resilience. I would like you to find peace and relief here, and in more difficult moments, support and professional help. This space if FOR you! 

 

 

Foundation’s activities include various initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle and mental balance. The offer includes individual counseling, as well as trainings and workshops for business. I encourage you to use free resources published on our social media and to read our first e-book! All activities of the Be Calm comply with the Code of Ethics of the Polish Psychological Association.

 

Izabela Czarnecka
Founder of the Be Calm Foundation

Psychologist specializing in coping with stress and mental resilience. Her research on stress coping styles was published internationally in Polish academic journal. She works in Learning & Development area supporting employees’ development and creating wellbeing programs in global organizations.


She graduated from the University of Bydgoszcz with a Master’s Degree in Psychology & the University of Music in Bydgoszcz in the violin class.


During years of musical education and taking part in sports competitions, she has always been fascinated by the subject of Resilience and Mental Power. Psychological studies deepened these interests even more and revealed many new solutions. She decided to develop her career in this direction, specializing in the field of stress and mental resilience. In her work she combines psychology, elements of mindfulness & techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy. 


In 2022, she founded the Be Calm Foundation, whose mission is to promote Health & Wellbeing in work environment and support others in building personal resilience. Since January 2024, she has been cooperating as a Psychologist with The Synergia Psychological Clinic in Warsaw (PL).
